Milkmoon

Support

Milkmoon is a calm baby tracker you share with your family. If something didn't sync, a timer looks wrong, or you're not sure how something works, this page should help.

Milkmoon is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. If you are worried about your baby, contact your pediatrician, and in an emergency call emergency services.

Common questions

My partner can't see my entries.

Sharing goes through iCloud, so both phones need to be signed in to iCloud. Open Family in Milkmoon and check that your partner is listed and has accepted the invitation. New entries usually appear within seconds; if a phone was offline, they arrive when it reconnects. Nothing logged offline is lost — it's saved on the phone first and merges when it's back online.

Does the nanny or grandparent need an iPhone?

To log, yes — sharing works between Apple Accounts (iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch). For someone without one, open Family and send a spreadsheet (CSV) or a PDF of the last 7 days.

Do I have to pay to keep logging?

No, and you never will. Every log type, unlimited history, family sharing, export, widgets, Live Activities, Siri and the Apple Watch app work without Premium. Premium adds nap and feed window suggestions, insights and the pediatrician report. If Premium ends, everything you logged stays yours.

How are the nap and feed windows worked out?

With simple arithmetic on your phone: typical ranges for your baby's age, blended with the last few days you logged. Tap "Why?" next to a suggestion to see every number behind it. They start after three days of logging. They are suggestions, not advice — every baby is different.

I stopped a feed by accident.

Tap Undo on the confirmation that appears for a few seconds, or open History and edit the entry's times. Pause and Switch never save a feed; only Stop & save does.

The Live Activity isn't on my Lock Screen.

In Settings → Milkmoon, make sure Live Activities are allowed. A Live Activity appears when you start a feed or a sleep timer on that phone; a partner's phone shows it the next time they open Milkmoon.

How do I share Premium with my partner?

If you use Apple's Family Sharing, Premium is shared with your family group automatically. Your partner can tap Restore Purchases in Milkmoon's Settings.
